“Unfortunately, I have a hard time coming up with positives for this hotel. It's close to the city centre. That's about it. And then there's everything else: - The room is bare & worn down. There's one bed, one desk, one plastic chair & wardrobes. No Tv, no extra cushions, no place to eat. Not even a waste basket in the entire room or bathroom. - The bathroom is really dirty. There were specs of dirt on the toilet lid, the shower floor was dusty, the sink was not clean. The shower did not work...

“The location is what makes this property a great choice. The staff was very courteous. The doors and windows were a large issue to open and lock; the property was dated, and the outside balcony area (had to keep doors open due to heat ) was pretty poorly maintained. All that being said, the location really makes it worth it.”

“Great location for short or long stay in Dublin. Room was large, clean, modern and comfortable. Bus stop connecting to all main locations just outside the door. Large convenience store and coffee shop below. This is normally student accommodation, so might not have all the usual hotel amenities, but is great value for a Dublin stay.”
