“This property was everything our family needed for a great Dreams Park experience. Was only 5 min from Dreams Park, easy to get into town, and the house was clean with all the amenities needed. We enjoyed grilling and eating outside, and the kids enjoyed the hammocks. Highly recommend this place!”

“Hotel is in the middle pf multiple attractions, baseball in Cooperstown and Hockey in Utica. We came for the Hockey at the new Nexus center in downtown Utica. Each time We stayed here we had a well kept room with great service. Our room was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. The room rate is far below the rates in Utica and much larger rooms. We had a great experience.”
