“We stayed two nights and it was very pleasant. The room was clean, provided enough towels, and access to the property was simple. Very convenient location and reasonable price. Others were in the house but it wasn’t too noisy which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again.”

“The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement. The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture. The host was...

“Great location for our family to attend our son's graduation from GVSU. The home was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable for us and our dog. We appreciated how the ease of access to the highway that could take us to downtown Grand Rapids, or just as easily, to the main Allendale campus.”
