“The Bridgeview Perch was a fantastic place to stay. It was more than I expected, with the owners making your stay warm and welcoming with extra little touches, including fresh roasted coffee. The view and sunsets were phenomenal. Its location is close to anything you’d like to do in the Bay Area, whether it’s hiking, the beaches or it’s great food. I look forward to staying here again in the future. ”

“Great home and very clean. Great communication w/ property owner. Had to extend our stay because of airport closing due to weather in Eugene. We were on the bottom level so when guest were in the up stairs unit it was a bit loud. (perfect when no one was renting out the upper part) ”

“This accommodation was a large heritage home made into nice sized apartments. This apartment had a nice sized kitchen with all amenities. Coffee and treats were left for us . The bedroom was simple but the bed was very comfortable. A white noise machine was in the bedroom if needed. We spent a few evenings watching a movie and felt very safe. Parking was provided for us in the back of building. Highly recommend the beautiful Japanese garden and Shores Acre!! Then we went to Newport and watched...

“Perfect place to explore the Oregon Coast! Close to Shore Acreas, Bandon Dunes and several other hiking trails. Guest suite had a very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a cute little kitchen. Decorated super cute! Window views were spectacular and falling alsleep to the ocean waves crashing was AMAZING! We loved it!”
