“Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Tage für einen Golfausflug unter Freunden gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr groß, mit 3 getrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, was für unsere Gruppe ideal war. Alles war makellos sauber. Wir haben die großzügige Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht über die römischen Hügel ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunkation mit Giorgio lief schnell und unkompliziert. “Vi är två familjer som har bott i "la Ficoncella" en vecka i juni. Huset uppfyllde mer än väl alla våra förväntningar. Stort hus med en lägenhet på varje våning (låsbar dörr mellan våningarna). Totalt tre toaletter, en diskmaskin, två tvättmaskiner. Sängkläder och handdukar och badlakan fanns att låna. Allt kändes rent och fräscht. Poolområdet älskades av barnen. Villa is better than pictures, lot of space both indoor and outdoors, Swimming pool a bit cold temperatur but very nice with the outdoor kitchen that we used for baking and homemade pizza in the oven. “We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”
