“We had a great stay at Zimbali, it's a fantastic place! Can strongly recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Negril. Everyone who works there were so kind and nice. We went on the rasta tour and the cooking show and they were bith amazing experiences. Only thing that could be better is keeping track of the services that you buy while staying there, it's easy to loose track and not remember everything when you are checking out.”

When we got there there was no welcome and the orientation wasn't well coordinated. We found out later by ourselves that they had a whole restaurant that was open to the guests ( we weren't told upon arrival). Mögel i kylskåp, lampan inomhus och utomhus funkade inte, bara den på toa och i kök, jätte svaga. Fick 24 myggbett på 2 dygn. Ingen stråle i duschen, men dock fanns varmvatten, till och från. Hundarna hade sin "toa" utanför våran stuga på "ängen" mittemot. Vi skulle bott där i 6 nätter, men gav upp efter 2. Fick ej pengar tillbaka av hotellet.”
