“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“I am so glad I stayed here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. My cabin was at the back and was so peaceful and quiet. Plus its right across from Ricks Cafe. There are so many different types of food. It is hot in Jamaica but your body adjusts over time. But honestly the place is great. I am planning another trip and I will definitely stay here!!!!”

“We had a great time overall. We loved the decor, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and the food was great. The entertainment at the pool was fun but we found our selves looking for more things to do in the evening. We understand the hotel is newer and they still need to add more options so we just made the most of it and had an amazing time either way.”

“The room was sooo nice, like a bungalow. Clean , and the bed was comfy. The beach is amazing and the hotel is nice, even the gym, you got what you need. It’s expensive inside the hotel but across the street you have the supermarket, some souvenir shops , coffeeshop , atm and restaurant. That one was expensive tho. It’s about 7 min with car to the town , it’s very small. I would recommend sweet spice or corner bar, small local places where you can get local food to a very good price. Otherwise...

“The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.”

“Super långsamt restaurang med varierande kvalitet. Trevlig personal. Duschen är av samma kvalitet som en utomhusslang, nästan aldrig varmvatten, och är det det så är det i någon minut. Men vistelsen avslutades när kackerlackor kom in i rummet. Då bytte vi Hotel.”
