“Nothing made sense”

“Ja”

“A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. ”

“My husband and I booked a luxury ocean view room that was supposedly upgraded to diamond. It seems the upgrade was being on the 7th floor. The room itself was basic and very small, however it was clean and the view was lovely. The staff are very friendly and polite. My only complaint regarding staff was that there was no extra effort made to inform guests about the activities happening on the property. It seems you are expected to just figure it out on their app and I did not find the app to be...

Även i buffén. Personalen är trevlig men har inte det...

“Stora rymliga rum.

“The cove was wonderful”

“Thought we were there for a short time, Grand Palladium Jamaica was an amazing resort. The staff were friendly, the food was good, there was lots to do, and the pool was amazing. We plan to go back for at least well next time.”

“Staff,facility was all great”

“The owner was so nice with us. They lost our luggage at the aeroport and she found some clothes and sandal and sun cream for us. Room with very nice view. Super clean. Kitchen was full equip. Beach very quiet. Local around is very friendly. The pool is very big and open late. I will come back for sure”

“Decent place high upon a hill. Friendly staff. Nice pool area. Local college marching band practiced at 0630 on Sunday. :) Dog barked all night. :(. Many cars racing on road. It was all part of the experience. I would stay there again”
