“This lovely and comfortable home is a short walk to everything La Jolla has to offer. Our three generation family chose this property for its proximity to several celebration venues we were attending, but we were pleased to find the home so inviting. We have often stayed in rental houses, this is a home. Every amenity is provided in a truly beautiful setting. We felt like treasured family members visiting Tuscany.”

“The place was in a perfect location. We were close to everything. The house was clean. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. Other then that i would absolutely rent this again.”

“This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.”

“We are a group of women who were in Nurses training 55 years ago. We get together yearly now for 5 days or so to reconnect and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect for us as we each had our own bedroom, but there were penalty of areas to gather. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location with amazing sunsets and close to all we wanted to do. 15 minutes from the airport. Joseph was responsive to our needs also. Thanks so much for making this property available to us.”

“This was the perfect setup for our group. All the amenities of home; it is clean, updated, and very comfortable. The three units allowed for privacy while still being close to each other. The location is close to grocery shopping, beach, and restaurants, but is still quiet and peaceful. “We loved our stay! The views are really hard to beat and the location was supreme! About a 20min walk to beach/ town. 15min drive to the airport and downtown. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space both inside and outside. One thing to note is that there are three bedrooms connected railroad style, but that wasn't an issue for us.”

There were more stairs than we realized (3 of us over 75 years), but we managed. Eftersom jag speciellt hade bokat rum med säng för oss alla fyra så förklarade jag detta för personalen varvid de gav oss sviten istället den första natten. Nästa natt fick vi två rum istället.
