We are located on the Rockport/Fulton peninsula just a short drive to all the Coastal Bend, Fulton, and Rockport have to offer. Enjoy our cozy, updated two-bedroom, one-bath Texas Coastal Bend Cottage. Nestled on a large 1/4-acre lot with 26 live oak trees, and a rope lighted outdoor deck to enjoy your morning coffee or evening steak on the grill. Our coastal bungalow is perfect for the couple who needs to get away from the rug rats, a family with children, or your annual guys or gals weekend to sit back after a day on the water with old friends, a cold beverage, and tell lies about the one that got away!

Parking: We welcome our Coastal Bend Anglers! Got a boat? Coming down for a guided bay or offshore trip? Bringing the team for an annual fishing tournament? We are here to accommodate. The single vehicle width driveway was designed long enough to accommodate a Pickup Truck, or full-size SUV with an attached 30' prop to tongue boat trailer, keeping your prized possession off the street and out of hotel parking lots.

TV & WiFi: The home is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi for all of your devices at 300MBPS. The living area and front bedroom Smart TV has all of your streaming services to include Netflix, and Hulu Live. Hulu Live includes local and national channels, NFL Red Zone, ESPN, Outdoor Channel, Sportsman Channel, movies, local channels, and yes local and national news if you dare. News is not recommended during your vacation! Trust us, it will be there when you get back. :)

Working Remotely: Need to get away from it all, but still need to make those "Benjamins"? Bring your laptop for a few days, enjoy our complimentary coffee, and make that bank while working remotely. Then spend the rest of the day fishing or relaxing. (It's remote working, your boss won't know.) Oh and our Wi-Fi is screaming fast at 300mbps. It will handle all the demands of your job. There is nothing more frustrating than traveling on vacay, and having to drive to through parking lots trying to find Wi-Fi to send e-mails or important documents because the home or hotel you booked has the equivalent of dial-up service and a voice over that says, "you've got mail" (Some of you are old enough to catch that). We've got your Wi-Fi covered!

Coffee Bar: Got coffee? Enjoy our complimentary coffee bar! Includes a Keurig coffee maker, a variety of creamers, sweeteners, and an assortment of coffee pods assured to start your day the right way.

Pets: We are pet friendly and your furry family member will enjoy our large fully fenced open air backyard. The custom framed hog wire panel fence was built with smaller breeds in mind (Toby our miniature Dachshund to be exact), but will also accommodate the big fellas too. The fence was intentionally designed with narrower spaces between welded wire near the bottom of the fence, and will give you peace of mind that Fido won’t be touring Fulton & Rockport without you.

Cleanliness, Hospitality, and your Privacy is our #1 Priority. Our professional cleaning service adheres to the highest cleaning standards, and the home is professionally cleaned after each guest’s stay and prior to your arrival to ensure your health, comfort and safety. We are always available during your vacation to gladly answer your questions or requests; however, we value your privacy and work hard to communicate all the information you will need prior to your arrival allowing you uninterrupted time with friends and family.

After a long day at the beach, antiquing in downtown Rockport, Birding, or catching that perfect slot red or monster trout in the flats of Redfish Bay or Estes. Enjoy a cold beverage, cook your favorite steak on the grill, or fry up the day’s bounty under the Oaks on our 400sqft rope lighted outdoor deck. With Fulton Beach Road just a short 4/10ths of a mile away.

Local Coastal Bend Amenities: Guests are a short drive to Fulton Pier, gift shops, boat ramps and tackle stores, or the many infamous Rockport/Fulton eateries, pubs, and restaurants.

**Note: Coastal Waters, Bays, Oceans, or Beaches are not visible from the home’s location. However, the home is located conveniently to all Fulton and Rockport have to offer. Aransas Bay and Fulton Beach Road are located a little less than half a mile (4/10th's of a mile to be exact) from this location. You can drive it, walk it, bike it, bring your golf cart (not provided), or just relax and unwind at the casa. We love it, You’ll love it!
