This brand-new home is located less than five miles from Rockport Beach. Balmy sea breezes await on the deck, and a coastal color palette welcomes you inside. There's plenty of room to park a boat underneath the home, and a boat washing station is available in the neighborhood. The shared pool is a short walk from home, and Rockport's eclectic culinary scene is within easy driving distance. Stop in at Irie's Island Food after an afternoon spent wandering the iconic Fulton Manson.

This inviting home features a light-filled living area with all-new furnishings, wood floors, and high ceilings. Unwind into vacation mode on a comfy sofa and two armchairs. Watch your favorite shows on the 50” flat-screen (you'll find three Smart TVs throughout the home) after a fun-filled beach day. Whip up tasty home-cooked meals in the sleek kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of new stainless steel appliances – including a French-door fridge. While dinner simmers, three can keep the chef company at the kitchen bar. The dining area seats six to enjoy your culinary creations.

This home sleeps up to eight guests in three peaceful bedrooms, all with new mattresses. Find a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. The en-suite master bathroom has plenty of natural light and a new tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third guest room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Another sparkling tub/shower combination rounds out the guest bathroom.

Step outside to the spacious deck to enjoy the bay views and Gulf breeze. Find a gas grill next to the expansive carport area. Coral Reef's shared pool and boat washing station are a few short blocks from your door.

From sun-soaked beach days to mansion tours, Rockport promises a Gulf getaway with something for everyone. The Texas Maritime Museum and the Fulton Mansion are within 7 miles of your door. Arrive at Beautiful Rockport Beach in an easy drive. Birdwatchers will want to take their binoculars to the Connie Hagar Cottage Sanctuary within three miles. Pirates of the Bay Charters offers fishing trips four miles away, or you can drive a short distance to cast a line from the Fulton Fishing Pier.

Things to know

*Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
