Nyligen uppdaterad och ombyggd 1 sovrum / 1 bad lÀgenhet har alla bekvÀmligheter hemma i en vacker miljö bara en kort promenad frÄn stranden. Comfy king size sÀng i sovrummet, stor garderob och ett rymligt badrum. Alla sÀngklÀder och handdukar finns. Soffa i vardagsrummet viks ut i en queen size-sÀng. Köket Àr fullt utrustat och det finns ett bord för 4 i matsalen. PlattskÀrms-TV finns i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Kabel och wifi tillhandahÄlls. Denna lÀgenhet ligger pÄ andra vÄningen och har en fantastisk utsikt frÄn balkongen. Fastigheten har ett bra klubbhus med en gemensam pool, bubbelpool, bastu, gym och ett vackert, stort lusthus som passar bra för att möta medresenÀrer. Det finns en reserverad parkeringsplats och gott om gÀstparkering. BÄt- och slÀpvagnsparkering finns ocksÄ, var god registrera dem pÄ kontoret.

As advertised

Island Breeze was just as advertised. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, very comfortable accommodations, and everything i needed in the kitchen.

Mostly great

The property was clean but needs some repairs and updating especially in the bathroom and with the dishwasher. I had a great time and would consider staying here again. Only real frustration was communication with host/owner. Communication was great and fast to answer before the trip but while there got no response when reached out with a question. Also BE AWARE this is a second floor unit with no elevator.

Trying hard but the place needs more TLC

The management company was wonderful and accommodated an early check in for which we are grateful. However, the place smelled funky, probably the A/C system that needs a overhaul - we tried to open the windows but they would not stay open and had to be propped open with a coffee can. All the windows are rusty, and the porch was full of bird droppings. The bathroom has been renovated nicely, but I don't understand why they didn't invest in new lights and removed the rusted metal shelving. The bathtub had a very slow drain, which we reported and hopefully the issue has been addressed. I would have liked a small table/nightstand by the bed. Awesome location, but I would not stay here again!

So cheap

The kitchen was very poorly stocked. I had to go to dollar general for a cutting board, wine opener, dishwashing sponge and knife. If old salt and pepper shakers count as “spices” then be my guest. The sponge was so dirty and full of mold. The overall condo was old, dirty, and very humid. I have rented many units at this property before and have always been very pleased. They are ready for their guests, with a clean unit and everything to make us feel at home. This unit, just fell very short of my expectations. I’m also confused as to why I had to pay an insurance fee, the condo and mostly everything in it was falling apart on its own.

Convenient and comfortable

There are a few minor things that can use fixing up in the property itself. The convenience factor though is great and the couch was super comfy for my 6 year old to sleep on. We loved sitting on the balcony and being just an 8 min walk from the shore.

Great location

This property was a short walk from the beach. The unit was spacious for a one bedroom condo and very clean. The bathroom was especially big. There was plenty of storage. Only suggestion would be to re-glaze the bathtub.

Perfect getaway a walk from the beach!

The property is about 500 feet from the entrance of the beach, within a small walking distance. Property was nice, clean and had many amenities. The washer and dryer came in handy for the clothes and towels that had some sand. Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend.

Another great stay!

Family stay # 5 at this property. We love it! Close to the beach. Clean with easy access to restaurants and fun outings. Love the pool and work out areas. Some late night fishing and crabbing as well in the private lagoon. Will definitely be back. Only disappointment is pool closing at 10 or 11 pm when it used to be open 24 hours (pre-covid). Time to re-open!!!

Great Stay

Condo was very clean! They provide us with all the necessities that we needed. Pool was clean and enjoyable. The only thing we did not care for was caring all of our thing up the stairs. Other then that is was a great location and a great vacation.

Very nice, be ready for stairs! No elevator.

Very nice property for a young family. The hide away bed was missing the top sheet and was very uncomfortable. No hair dryer or cookie pan. The pool and pool area is nice and clean.

Holiday Weekend

Love the Beach Club. Great location. Love to stay there when I visit Padre Island. Condo was beautiful, but
.no WiFi and no toiletries for some reason. Texted Property Manager whom responded but what He told Me didn’t work. I texted Manager back but never got a reply back.. Going without WiFi for 4 days is an inconvenience but Manager not replying back is rude. I will stay there again even with the minor inconvenience.

Beach Time

Room was nice. Clean. The hot tub did not work. The suana did not work. They came in and sprayed for bugs,had to open all the windows that night. We had a GREAT time. Would rent it again!
