This home is in an excellent location to get to anyplace in the city quickly including NAS, A&M University, Gulf Coast Beaches or the downtown area. You will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage and and a utility closet upstairs that will both be locked. The primary bedroom is very large with a 65” wall mount TV, an en-suite bath and very large closet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a tabl and chair for a comfortable workspace. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double below and a twin above. Downstairs is a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, a large utility room and a half bath. The back yard is a work in progress with a large wooden deck and a large yard that get shade in the late afternoon. Parking is available in the driveway or in the street directly in front of the house. Please do not park on the grass. The couch and chair in the living room each have push button recliners.the love seat does not recline.
