“Staff was great and room was very clean”

“Good location, just a few munutes walk from the center of town! Great staff!!! A bit worn but still very much ok!”

“We like the comfortable room and the staff are so helpful (little things like switching out Med Roast for stronger brew or the great selection of organic tea, or making sure we had non-feather pillows). We like that it is not on the main street and parking onsite. It is above a restaurant but the low volume of noise was doable and the band on the last night was great! And restaurants, parade and fireworks are within walking distance.”

She spent a lot of time (when no other customers needed help) coming with advices on how to visit Grand Canyon, come up with more recommendations and plan our trip time wise. Very charming hotel. Simple but clean and nice rooms.”

“Staff was very friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints and would stay here again. We forgot our pillows and they called us to let us know they would mail of we were already out of the area. ”

“Great room and it all worked well. It was a bit unusual not to have a personal check in, but they had a good solution for it. The joint bathroom was good, although it felt like there were many rooms to that one bathroom. The stairs up was a challenge with suitcases and a poor back. The room itself was lovely and beautifully arranged. Loved it!”

“The lodge is more like a hostel in that the bathroom and shower is down the hall from your room. However you have your own private bathroom and shower which are keyed to your room. Be careful not to leave your key in the bathroom or shower since those doors lock without using a key. Overall very clean and comfortable. There are no staff at the desk. It is managed by staff at another motel”
