Villa Tilde is an elegant and welcoming two-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 20 people. From Villa Tilde you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Tilde is 350 square meters (3770 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.6 km (one mile) from Cortona, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), a grocery store at 550 meters (602 yards) and the bus stop at 120 meters (390 feet). You will reach Villa Tilde from the parking area going up approximately two stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Tilde we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.

As guests of Villa Tilde you will be able to have a personal chef, enjoy massages, attend cooking classes, have your wedding organized, on request and for a fee.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 8 meters (26 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven.
Patio
The patio is 400 square meters (4300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic pergolas and by trees. It is equipped with a small sofa, armchairs and wood benches and with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
