“Nice house and a fantastic garden. Cortona is a great place. The house wasn't very clean and the Air-Con is available but doesn't really cool the bed rooms upstairs on hot summer days. It's too expensive for what it is.”

With only a few tweeks regarding the Pool size, up to date furniture and kitchen facilities it would become a real diamond. In the current state 4/5 Stars with a mid-range price/quality ratio. “Comfortable and well maintained house overviewing the entire valley. Lovely terras with grill. Large swimming pool reachable via stairs. Quiet location, about 10/15 minutes to the nearest grocery store and butcher. You definitely need a car. We would love to come back in future. Nice places to visit within max 1 hr drive are Perugia (30 min), Cortona (45 min), Gubbio ( 1 hr). Lake Transimeno only 35 min away. “The villa was lovely, and our property manager was very attentive. The villa itself was very comfortable, bedrooms were clean and neat. The bathrooms were adequate with clean towels and great hot water. The kitchen was well equipped, definitely could use a larger coffee pot. “I rented this house for the last two weeks of september 2019 to celebrate my 50th birthday and invited friends and family. I didnt want to have to rent a car so that was one reason for the choise of this villa, besides the possibility to house nine and the poolarea. Im very pleased with the villa, the village of Camucia and the small Town Cortona nearby. Supermarket Coop is walkingdistance, plenty of shops and bakery nearby. “We had a lovely holiday at Villa Rasenna. Louise is a great host and was very helpful and replied very quickly to any queries. The kitchen is well equipped and the sitting area comfortable and homely. We made good use of the pool. We enjoyed a great meal in the villa cooked by Elena and a local wine tasting and pizza in the village. There are lovely walks from the villa in the local countryside. “We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Our Villa had an old world charm that was just what we wanted while staying in Tuscany! The view was AMAZING! Our host was so responsive and gave us a private tour of his Cortona. We took advantage of the hot tub and the private bath that was set up with candles and champagne! “What a beautiful place to enjoy Christmas with family. The villa is beautiful, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The views are amazing and we watched the New Year fireworks from the sitting room. Denise did an amazing job buying all of our groceries for our arrival.
