"The staff made our stay extraordinary, helping with a pickup by FedEx and stayed late to let us check in when our flight was diverted to Pisa and we arrived after midnight. The other hotel guests, a couple of German ladies, were not that nice and complained when the night manager helped us with our luggage up all the stairs.
A bit disappointed that the restaurant is closed, we hoped to enjoy a meal there but there is no lunch or dinner available.
But the pool area is lovely and we loved staying at this place. "
