“The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was cooperative and courteous. There were a lot of young kids on the weekend staying at the hotel and the staff was constantly replenishing fresh breakfast, but, one person could have intermittently checked and cleaned the sitting area as well. Just a suggestion. Otherwise everything was great. ”

“I travel on 04/1/26 I’ve book aloft different city never had problems first my sister room dirty trash in the floor had to asks if they could vacuum, then the air didn’t work so they had to move to another room, I’m pretty sure whoever had that room before had the same problem, my room had dead bugs and trash in the floor the manager said they were going to credit me it’s been over a week haven’t seen no credit i called they keep saying no manager in they lying you not going to run a hotel...

“For me personally, I won’t stay here again until the renovations are done. Staff was friendly, check in was as usual, my room was clean and smelled nice….but…1st floor completely closed, no breakfast (just basic grab n go), construction plastic and materials everywhere, construction noise during the day, and cell service/wifi was extremely sub par. Ive stayed at this location many times prior to the renovations and I loved it and when renovations first started it wasn’t that bad but—for me...
