“I had booked and paid for our room online, and chose a regular room with a king bed. When we got there it was around 9pm and the front desk clerk said there were no available rooms so she was going to give us a slight upgrade to a studio king with a wheelchair accessible shower (which i didn’t mind). The room smelled like dog and left me feeling as if the carpeting and the bed weren’t clean. I hoped the room was just stuffy and we cut on the AC. It helped some but not enough for the money we...

“The hotel was picked as it was close to the mall and particularly Kidzania. Literally just crossed Dillard's parking lot and had access to a great mall with several stores and attractions. The room as clean, the staff @ front desk was extremely friendly and with great recommendations. Our room was clean, had big fridge, dishwasher, TV, 2 complimentary waters. If ever in Dallas will be back!”
