“They were great clean and very friendly staff”

“Immaculately clean, fresh smelling. Desk staff 3-11p was AMAZING. We couldn’t find parking, and she jumped in offered to move her own vehicle, as she was leaving soon. Breakfast was hot & fresh, good variety. Late checkout offered. Bed and bedding was the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. One complaint- at 10am, housekeeping started banging on doors….Literally banging with an object, and yelling “Housekeeping!” obscenely loudly, door to door. Very annoying to guests not checking out....

“Horrible. Made it there with my wife tired after a long drive ready to lay down just to find out that the property had cancelled my reservation stating they were overbooked and simply waiting for me to arrive to let me know instead of calling me in advance to alert me. Now I have hundreds of dollars hung up because of this and I’m being told that it will take 7-10 business days for the refund to be fully processed and back to me. Not to mention I had to obtain a hotel at another location so...

“Their was no roaches from the room door until we left... Couldn't sleep ROACHES everywhere so I sleep in my car. Ask for a refund the lady gave me ANT SPRAY LORD help me and still no refund an still sleep in the car”

“For an inexpensive hotel, this was pretty good. There were a few things that could have been better: there was only one trash can in the suite, the toilet paper holder was broken. On the positive side there was an ice maker in the refrigerator and the suite was two stories with ample sleeping options.”

“This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.”

“The place have roaches very bad. The rooms are over priced and outdated”

“Roaches in room, dirty/unclean linens, food in bed, wet moldy smell and unsavory looking guests hanging out in the lobby and parking lot. Checked out and requested refund within 10 mins of arrival. ”

“Police and ICE at location on arrival. Went in to see if it was ok inside. Nope Scary location. Looked like an abandoned hotel with squatters. Did not stay. Did not even try to cancel reservation just got out of there.”

“The room was pleasant. The parking was secure behind a gate. I was frustrated that the ice machines weren't working.”
