“Absolutely Great location - walking distance to all the sites, metro station right near, RER 10-15 min walk - grocer and tons of restaurants within a block! Apartment was rather worn and in need of a deep clean (stained carpet, grimy shower curtain and corners, bed creaked at every move…) and sparse, but it had all the basics. Would have liked a microwave and dryer. Ad was very clear about the four stories of stairs and no elevators so that was expected - FYI it is an old slanting spiralling...

“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”
