Property Details:

This 26-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. The versatile space can serve as a living area, dining space, or home office. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, stove, oven, sink, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery, and crockery are provided, along with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. For your convenience, the apartment also includes a washer and dryer. Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.



The bedroom, facing an interior courtyard, is furnished with a queen-size bed and a high-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, along with fresh bath towels for each guest. The apartment has a full bathroom, featuring a shower, toilet, and sink. It is also equipped with a hairdryer, as well as complimentary toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to start your stay.



Your safety is our top priority, which is why the apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over €1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

The Neighborhood:

Within walking distance of the apartment is the beautiful Champ de Mars, an ideal spot for a morning jog, afternoon picnic, or a leisurely sunset stroll while admiring the iconic Eiffel Tower. Also nearby is Les Invalides, home to one of Paris' top history museums and the renowned Rodin Museum, perfect for culture enthusiasts.



The River Seine is just a short walk away, offering scenic views and easy access to landmarks such as the Champs-Élysées and the Palais de Tokyo, a contemporary art museum. The vibrant Latin Quarter is a quick metro ride away, where you can explore historic sites like La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Panthéon. For those who love shopping and dining, the lively Le Marais district is also easily reachable, and it’s a great place to visit on Sundays when other areas of the city tend to be quieter.



The nearest metro station, Invalides (Lines 8, 13 & RER C), is just a short walk from the apartment, providing convenient access to other parts of Paris. From there, you can easily reach St-Germain-des-Prés, the Latin Quarter, the Marais, Montmartre, Sacré-Cœur, and much more! The RER C line is also incredibly handy for quick trips to Saint-Michel or Gare du Nord, making it easy to explore the city and beyond.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
