“Upon arrival, no one was tending to the front desk. Another customer walked in and stated he believes they went to the airport. The room smelled clean but the sink had red toothpaste in it from a previous customer. I killed 2 water bugs inside the room and the bed was hard and lumpy”
“Was very clean for the price. I did not like the fact that we were charged an additional deposit once we got to check in. We checked in around 2 AM and were only in the room for less than 6 hours. Just long enough to sleep. ”
“The hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.”
“My room was clean, I received quick service when s couple of light bulbs needed to be changed, and the room setup and amenities were unique including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a 2- burner, smooth top stove on the kitchen area counter. I would stay here again.”
“In room 207, the HOT WATER for the sink is NOT good. The faucet moves & the hot water pressure isn't enough to shave a face comfortably. I had to use a very low pressure & the water wasn't hot enough.
The STAFF at check-in was pleasant and very helpful.

Also, the cover for the bed had obvious burn holes from cigarettes. The room was humid and smelled musty, and it wasn’t completely clean. We found hair that wasn’t ours in the shower. It was convenient to get to, and the staff was friendly. I just wish it was cleaner. ”

“Price reflected the property. Taking that into consideration, I have no complaints. The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. What more can you ask for when you just need a place to lay your head. ”
“We are those that go out of town for a purpose and are basically in our room for a few hours. So paying for luxury is not required. This place is as advertised, older and cheap. But the room was clean including the bathroom. The bed was fine, the staff are nice. Fit our needs just fine. ”
