“This is a standard one night stay when passing by, however it is located on a one-way road so you need to do some extra driving in case you coming from wrong side. The room was large and beds was regular on hotels like this. It worked for us on our one night stay in San Antonio. Wifi good, parking free and breakfast included but also sparanious. Same kind at all of these Inn’s. Staff was serviceminded.”

“Absolutely the worst experience I ever had. I didn't even sleep because they put me in a room with someone already In it. Told him he had to leave didn't clean it didn't change linens toilet seat was broke. It had an awful smell to it. I would like to be compensated for this horrible experience. I usually would t say something like that but I've never had an experience like that either. Absolutely atrocious.”

“Me and my partner stayed here for 2 weeks, the room had roaches and was so dirty that we had to go and buy cleaning supplies before we even wanted to be in there. The staff is overall friendly but the rooms are dirty, after about 10 days, our toilet broke and continued to flush constantly and our AC hadn't been cleaned in so long it stopped blowing air for a while. I can't recommend this place until they do something about the rooms”

“Check in procedure was a pain. There is no employee in the front lobby at night. The man before me was told to go to a hotel down the street to check in at this hotel. The owner walked down to check us in 10 minutes later. The lobby was a disaster…so unprofessional! The cameras are constantly following you and I witnessed them taking pictures of my wife. The room was extremely dirty, it was questionable if the sheets were clean because there were several hairs on them, many things were in...

“It was close to a lot of Alamo Heights which has lovely shopping and excellent restaurants. It is affordable and clean and adjacent to my favored parts of the city. Those seeking closeness to the SA most famous attractions might find it remote”
