“We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

It would have been nice to have a little more info on the suggestions. The only issue for us was the beds. The online listing is not accurate for the amount of beds. We are a tall family and the pull out couch was small. And the two beds in the one room are better for smaller children. I'd say it sleeps 5-6.”
