“This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. ”

“The house was very nice. I do think you may need to have a conversation with your cleaning crew. The lower level shower did not appear clean and had multiple pieces of hair attached to the walls of it. Additionally the floors had lots of “dust bunny’s” and hair. It seems as though they need to do a better job with the cleaning- this however is a reflection of the cleaning crew not the house and if I were the host I would want to know which is why I’m sharing with you. “The neighborhood and home itself is beautiful. It had everything we needed. There were amazing views from the porch and right on the water! The host was very attentive and checked in on us. We used the beach pass at Kelly Beach and it was great. I would definitely stay here again. ”
