“I have some negative stuff & some good stuff to share. For the price, I would have expected the dishwasher to be emptied, laundry done and no garbage from previous visitors. But it wasn’t that way. I had to turn over laundry so we had clean towels and empty the dishwasher. The garbage can had old garbage in it. There were no extra sheets, pillow cases or blankets where we could find them. There were also no wash cloths or small hand towels. The master bed felt like it was going to break. Very...

“Lovely, quiet; and clean. The third bedroom is next to the garage you have to walk through the garage to get to it. That was little wonky for us since we have two littles. So we didn’t use that room. Had to bunk up unexpectedly. But the views and the neighborhood are charming.”

“The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. Designated off street parking spot. Danny's response time was almost immediate. I would definitely stay again.”

“We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay in this home for wedding weekend. Sara was quick to respond to us throughout booking and during our stay. The house looked even better in person! Lovely home in a wonderful neighborhood. It was super convenient to downtown Newport. Thank you again!”

“The owner is wonderful! She is most kind and made certain that she was attentive to all our needs. This is an excellent place to stay with beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations and lovely amenities. We had a great time!!!!!”

“My friends and I had an absolute blast staying here. Quite possibly the best location. Right in the middle of all the action! We could walk anywhere downtown basically. The space was super cute and had so much charm. Greg was a wonderful host too and so hospitable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!”

“Overall a great stay and area for recently moving to Rhode Island! Thankful.”

“Ideal property to enjoy all Middletown & Newport have to offer!”

“Perfect location!!!!”

“We had the most amazing stay at this property. The location and views are amazing. The foot path to the beach is so convenient. The house comes with everything you need…from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs. Overall, we would highly recommend and will definitely return.”

“Beautiful area to bring the family! The house was great and had everything we needed. The paddle boards and kayaks for the pond were great. The slide into the water kept the kids busy all day every day!”

“Beautiful home and very conveniently located. The host was very responsive and helpful. This was perfect for our girls’ weekend!”
