Everything you need was there. large yard, good barbecue area, good social room, the pool was clean and looked after every day by a pool guy. 3 min drive from cozy montecarlo, lots of restaurants. grocery stores nearby. Franco the host was so helpful and wonderful. thank you for letting us rent your nice house and making our trip the best”

“Great property and communication with hosts/managers was clear and easy. A little hard to find the first night when we arrived after dark, and you wouldn’t want to be without a car as it’s too far to walk to the village or train station. “Auf den Hügeln überhalb von Cecina wunderschön gelegen. Zufahrt ist gut machbar. Haus, Garten und Pool, alles wunderbar sauber und gut gepflegt, auch wenn das Gebäude mit der Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, was aber wiederum den Charme des Ganzen ausmacht. Eine Unterkunft zum Verlieben und zum Verweilen! Dass es bei soviel Natur natürlich auch entsprechend Tiere gibt, versteht sich von selbst. Jedoch nichts, weswegen man Bedenken haben müsste. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen...

“La casa di Enrico è proprio come te l'aspetti corrisponde perfettamente alle immagini dell'annuncio. Anzi forse ci sono una tutta una serie di dettagli che non sono nemmeno presenti in descrizione. Il giardino è immenso la vasca idromassaggio grande, grandi anche gli spazi esterni per mangiare all'aria aperta. La casa in sé è piccolina ma non manca assolutamente nulla. Non sono riuscita a trovare un utensile che non fosse presente! Enrico poi è super gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima...

“We had a week at the beautiful Villa Lajatico at the end of August and had a really wonderful holiday. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped, the outdoor space for eating is also lovely and the pool area is truly splendid. The panoramic views were extraordinary and the pool itself was well maintained and a lovely size. The family who run the Agritourismo that the villa is situated on were welcoming and helpful with absolutely everything, easily available when needed. We joined them...

“Nous cherchions la proximité avec la tour de Pise et nous ne pouvions pas trouver mieux !! Vue sur la tour depuis la chambre. Un petit bémol avec la terrasse du restaurant juste en bas qui est rangée tardivement et un peu bruyamment... L'isolation phonique des fenêtres n'est peut être pas à la hauteur du bruit environnant. Le matin, la pluie nous a sans doute évité la mise en place 😁”

It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed.”
