“The host was very helpful. The view of the lake and surrounding area is great. The location to nearby activities is a plus. When connecting with the host, the response was very quick. The cabin is very spacious, clean and is equipped with games and things to do. It is a great place to unwind and enjoy God's creations. ”

“When we arrived, there was a homemade barrier surrounding a hole in the deck that we were not aware of that we never told about. I had to reach out about this upon my arrival and got no straight answer from it. For the amount of money we paid for this place I cannot understand how we were not told. One of the biggest selling points was a deck and the view from the deck for us only to be surprised by the undocumented damage. Truly disappointing. ”

“We picked this cabin specifically for the size, sleeping arrangements, and, based on pictures, because it was on the water with a dock. Even some of the reviews from other guests indicated they loved using the dock for fishing. When we arrived one of the first signs we had seen in the cabin was to not use the dock and no fishing as it belongs to the lodge. We were very disappointed on this as we had booked this location specifically for that purpose. We still have to give a good review though...

“there is a serious problem with this rental (see below.) while the neighborhood is wonderful, the cabin is quaint & peaceful, regular employees & maintenance at cool cabin are lovely & helpful -- management is not: they will not acknowledge that there is a problem with the place and actually suggested that WE were the problem (aka being somehow too sensitive -- about that more later.) all we have been offered is a 5% discount above the 15% discount everyone gets for a future rental. an insult,...
