The owner of the house is next to the house.The house offers 65 m² of space for six people. Down the hall on the ground floor leads to the living room with kitchen. There you will find a sitting area with sofa and TV , as well as the open kitchen with eating bar , which is equipped with stove , refrigerator, dishwasher , coffee maker and kettle. The sofa can be converted quickly and easily into an extra sleeping space for one person if necessary. From the living room you have direct access to the balcony. Furthermore, there is a downstairs bathroom with shower and toilet. The two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the upper floor . The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and air conditioning. Before the master bedroom there is a small balcony , which offers a magnificent view of the sea . In the second bedroom you have two single beds (two beds 90 x 200 cm) which can easly transformed into double bed.The house has a private balcony which is equipped with garden furniture and parasols. He is partially covered and offers sea views. On the upper floor there is a further , small balcony off the first bedroom. Your car can be parked in the private parking right in front of the house . Another car can be parked easily in a nearby road when needed.Complimentary wireless Internet access is available free of charge. From the city Crikvenica is cca 1200m and the promenade along the beach you can reach the city center.
