“The staff were phenomenal. The room was very clean but would love to see a new carpet and a mini fridge. Also are safe in our room was not working. But overall it was a great experience. The breakfast was substantial and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“My husband and I stayed here 4 days for my birthday. What a wonderful hotel. We had a gorgeous room, excellent linens, maid staff and concierge were outstanding. Hotel is set up to be able to walk almost everywhere. Valet parking is spot on. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed there May 14-17, 2026. It was an impromptu stay and we were so lucky to have the Colorado Room……totally delightful, beautifully decorated, super-comfy twin beds (pushed together), but the biggest plus was the covered corner patio surrounded by lush gardens. Four course breakfasts in the garden area were charming and delicious. This is a “must-stay” inn to go to and enjoy.”

“Nice, clean and comfortable place. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice amenities including pool, spas, washers and dryers, gym. My only negative was that it lacked soundproofing. You could hear doors opening and closing, people coughing and talking in the adjacent room and people walking or moving things around upstairs.”

“Although the property was well maintained, the jr suite I was in could use a little updating. Also room light was pretty dark. The layout was nice and location was great for walking around downtown Santa Fe. Pizza was also great in the hotel restaurant.”

“The Inn and Spa at Loretto is an amazing resort. It is within walking distance to the Plaza. The Loretto chapel is right next door and is incredibly beautiful with the winding staircase. The pool at the Inn was awesome! We were there on a Sunday afternoon and they had poolside service that was outstanding! We will definitely return when we are in Santa Fe!”

“Couldn't operate the TV in the living room. Staff came to help but as soon as they left I couldn't operate the TV again. Some paint needed in the bathroom next to the tub. Ants in the kitchen. Walked to the city center and square. Overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay there again.”

“This is a beautiful hotel. We had a deluxe king with a patio. the patio was crumbling and one of the patio chairs was ripped and worn. We weren't able to sit on the patio anyway as it was raining. The staff was excellent! We had to cut our visit short as my husband grew ill and the front desk representative was very helpful and accommodating. Just need to spruce it up a little on the patio. Otherwise a good stay.”
