“God where do I start. I'll start with the bad then go to good. 1. Office smelled like an Indian buffet 2. No heat. Told the manager. He came in the room, put the AC on to 71 thinking I am dumb. Was on the whole night, very loud and yes the temp dropped. I was too lazy to shut off. 3. Was reading my text while in bed. Laughed out loud and said 'Ha, ha, ha" three times. “Friendly staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. Will stay again.”

“Rooms have truly terrible noise problems. Impossible to sleep. Had to change in the middle of the night first night. Second night wasn’t much better. Some amenities are ok but nothing special and the so called pool is kind of a joke. Restaurant is great but that’s sadly where the fun stops. We’d eat there any day but would never stay again.”

“This was the worst Inn I have ever been in! Waste of money. So dirty with stains on the sheets and towels. There were hairs on the bed from previous customers, the dryer was not working. They literally have one person in office and they are so rude and not helpful at all. Me and my partner go to so many places and this was the worst experience we had and such a shame. Please avoid going here I never leave reviews but this was so bad that I thought to leave this for people who want to go here.”

“I gave it a 3 out of 5 because the facility generally did a decent job. Rooms were clean, desk agent was pleasant and helpful. While I expected a pet fee, I thought it was high and concluded that after our experience, they didn't do much to earn it. Plus, it was not easy to determine whether the hotel was pet friendly on the Expedia site and there was no mention of a pet fee that I could find and I actively looked. (I found a pet policy on the hotel website but did not know what the fee was...
