While the townhome isn't fancy, it is reasonably priced for what it is and offers. Outside the living room sliding doors is a large, tree-covered greenbelt area that is very pretty and was perfect to walk our dog. The neighbors we saw were very pleasant. “Condo is perfect for exploring Fairfield Glade. Good location. Condo was perfect size for my husband and I and our Golden Retriever. Had everything we needed. Host was very easy to communicate with. “Our annual family reunion was held in Wilder this year, so we chose to stay in Cookeville. The house is beautiful, clean, easy to access, & close to everything. The pool/fire pit/cornhole/entertaining area was AWESOME! We would definitely stay again! We didn’t need to communicate w/ anyone but had to give a review, so I said ⭐️⭐️⭐️ on that question… we did miss having a toaster 🤷‍♀️”

“This is a hidden gem. The property was easy to find, clean, cozy, had everything we needed. We had a short stay but we do visit every year for family reunion. We will be staying again next year for a weekend. We have a big family my husband and myself have 4 kids 15,14,8, and 1 and there was plenty of room for us. Even had games that we played with as a family. It’s hard to find a place with my size of family but this fit us great. Very happy with our stay. ”

They loved the newly renovated house, it had plenty of space for them to enjoy each other’s company and share laughs in the various indoor and outdoor living spaces including around the fire pit. The host went out of his way with communications to ensure that the girls would have their best time, including leaving a complementary bottle of wine.
