“The property was clean, crisp and secure. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The breakfast was very good and prepared specifically to our liking and serving time. The room was clean and the AC made sleeping at night very comfortable. The staff was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They secured tours for us, provided local directions, and helped with our take-away food delivery orders. We stayed 3 nights but would've been happy to stay 3 weeks.”

“A nice and cozy hotel. I only stayed one night but was impressed by the staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful! Nice breakfast also :-) Would stay here again”

“Sehr individuell, nette Gastgeber, nachts leise.”

“Beautiful rooms right on the river. Our only complaint is that we only stayed one night!”

Bra mat.”

“This Lodge is amazing. Very, very friendly. Very, very clean. Helped with everything that we needed. Highly recommend this place to everyone. ”

“If I could give 6+ stars (instead of max 5) for customer service, I would do so. After my tour organizer (avoid: Afrinature) was a no show for one tour and cancelled game drive only hours before, the staff at Hotel in short order called their trusted partners to ensure I didn't miss out on any experience in Kasane. I am just so grateful as some people might have simply said, "too bad." When I come back, I am staying with Hotel Rustiek and arranging my tours thru them. Thank you!!!!”

“The staff was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful.”

“This was one of those (few) times when the reality exceeded my expectation. The accommodation I got from this establishment in the outskirts of Kasane was amazing. Real safari tent experience with a touch of luxury. For a nice price, compared to other more expensive lodgings in Botswana. All things I needed was inside the tent. Even a TV. The Wifi worked flawlessly and the bathroom even had a shower and a bathtub. The breakfast was good and I felt so full after every sitting. The staff was...

“Very good location with beautiful river view! All the staffs are friendly with smiles. Although there were always big groups of tourists but we’ve been treated well at breakfast and dinner though we were just 2 of us. But the problem was the maintenance. After soaking in the bath just after 9 pm, I tried to have a shower but no hot water came out. No matter how long I waited, nothing happened, so I tried to ring reception—only to find that the telephone cable had come loose and I couldn’t get...

“We stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is ideally located for visiting Chobe National Park on your own as it is only a few minutes’ drive from the gate. The staff are well trained, very friendly and extremely helpful. This hotel is next to a petrol station and supermarket. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can enjoy good food at a great price. If you prefer not to arrange individual excursions yourself, they...

“Hotel is about 15 minute drive to Chobe National Park and to cruise. The Lodge itself is very basic. The maintenance staffs are very attentive and try very hard to make guests comfortable. The sunset cruise is must. Boat operator and guide Sha is so skillful and sensitive. He explains many insightful knowledges on wildlife. He always knows where wildlife are: yawning hippos, fighting crocodiles and lizards, heard of swimming elephants, rare Cape buffalo, birds, hundreds water lilies and...
