âExcellent reception Staff. Helpful bubble and a pleasure to speak to after a four hour drive. Room 11 was a bit tired and decor out dated but the bed was very comfy and I had a great nights sleep. â
âThe room was amazing. King size bed and wonderful bath. Central and very near the bus station. Only down side was it was on the second floor and no lift. Spoke to the staff and next time they will give my a ground floor room. Would definitely stay here again. â
âA great stay! The instructions for the self service access are really clear and whilst we did have an issue with the code for the lockbox with the key room, we called and the concierge on the phone helped us instantly.

âA return visit to this hotel, this time in a bigger room. Impressed with it the 1st time, hence the return visit and will no doubt be returning again in the future. Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you.â
âEntrance outside the accommodation, bin over flowing with rubbish, loads of butt end cigarettes on the floor. This was from Thursday to my leaving on Saturday. Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.â

âWas sadly only there for 1 night as a place to crash after a nearby wedding. The place was lovely, the staff couldn't of been any kinder and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. Would drive the 6hrs to come back for a few days stay for sure.â
