The Space:

Welcome to your stylish home away from home in the heart of Downtown Dallas! Backed by 10 years of trusted hosting, this modern 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on the 9th floor offers stunning skyline and pool views. The space features an industrial-chic design with exposed brick walls and unique ceiling fixtures for a distinct urban vibe.



Start your day with a complimentary breakfast and coffee from our onsite restaurant, TalkinSpoon by Guest356. All guests enjoy one free breakfast item (Texas Toast Egg & Cheese Sandwich or two Breakfast Tacos) and a 12 oz coffee each morning. This offer is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.



Inside your apartment, you'll find:

• Fast Wi-Fi for work or streaming

• A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances

• Comfortable and stylish furnishings



Please note: The second bedroom is a semi-private area within the living room, sectioned off with curtains for privacy.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire apartment. You also have full access to all building amenities during their operating hours. Please note the schedule:



• Swimming Pool: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool is closed on Mondays for routine maintenance.

• Indoor Gym: The 24/7 fitness center is located on the 1st level near the leasing office.

• Game, Art & Music Rooms: These creative spaces are open Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Cinema Room: Enjoy a movie night in the private cinema, open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please remember to bring your own DVDs.

Needs an update

It was very close to our venue and had a beautiful view from the window. The studio itself was cute, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals, including coffee. However, it was not very clean; the floors, particularly, were not swept, and walking across them with socks, they quickly turned dirty. We also went to make coffee, and there was an old filter in the coffeemaker with molded coffee grounds. The furniture is shabby and needs an update. There were several homeless, drug-dealing, and prostitution right outside the doors. Didn't feel very safe walking up to the property.

Perfect location

We were in town for cheer nationals & this unit was perfectly located to everything: convention center, restaurants, bars & a pharmacy. Valet parking made it easy to get our car as frequently as we needed it. (Make sure to have smaller bills for tipping, although you can through the app, it does charge a service fee) We only had 5 people, but if you have more double check the number of people the unit sleeps. Our listing said it slept 8, but it didn’t have the Murphy bed or futon as mentioned - however I feel if you communicated the need to management they’d make arrangements. Communication was great & the amenities were wonderful. We will definitely utilize this unit again if needed. Highly recommended!

Cute & cozy spot for a getaway!

It was a very pleasant experience and the place was located at a perfect spot where we could leave our car and walk downtown. If we had to take the car, the valet was always readily available. Would highly recommend for a weekend getaway with friends or family.

Short stay in down town Dallas

The apartment was well appointed and in a good location. The apartment was large, and although there was only one bedroom the area for the second bed worked and provided privacy for famil members. Only negatives were that the area was a bit sketchy with lots of homeless people but I guess that is a feature of down down in most cities these days. This apartment was good value for a family of 3.

Gotta love the view

The property was easy to find and parking was a breeze with the included valet. Once we walked in the place was clean and smelled great, but the eye catcher was the view of downtown dallas. Alot of restaurants and night life within walking distance makes it easy to stay full and busy.
