âThe hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. They even arranged to bring Birthday cake on my birthday. Will definitely consider to stay here again when we go to Jakarta. â
âI don't usually review properties, but in this case I feel it's my duty to share what I experienced.
Check in took 1 hour as there's no check in desk, but you're supposed to contact an "agent" (some guy called Steven Gunawan) who asks you to deposit 500 ribu to his bank account in order to guide you through a treasure hunt to collect the keys of the room.
Once we got the keys, the water in the shower was cold (you need to switch on something, but of course you have to figure it out yourself),...
âplus points: pick-up and drop off to Airport, good breakfast even if not really ideal for eastern customers, front office good. Negative points: NOISY all the time even if me at 5th floor, people all the time talking in the rows and really unquite ambient. I am old customer of this hotel since "quarantine time" but sincerely I doubt to come again hereâ
âGenuinely horrible experience. We used the get directions link on the app. Took us to the middle of the Jakarta slums with roads barely big enough for our taxi. Tried communicating with the hotel through the app, whatâs app, and the number they provided for contact, no response. When I finally found the lobby after paying a sketchy guy on the street they would not let us check in, I paid for two nights with the intention of showing up early in the morning after the first night.
