“アメニティ、サービスすべてにおいて満足だか、タクシーでホテルに行く際に、駐車場入り口からホテル玄関まで混んでいることが多いです。”

“The place and room were extremely clean and beautiful. The front desk was friendly and professional especially Sherina. She was the best. The breakfast is Yummy but way too oily. The place is very clean. ”

“I booked my stay with this hotel in part because they offered breakfast but, their idea of breakfast is only pastries and third quality coffee. If that were explained beforehand, I never would've booked with them. I feel that it's very dishonest to say that it includes breakfast when in reality it's pure sugar. Something about their downstairs remind me of squid games. Some sort of weird music loop. Very weird. Also, I really didn't like using my phone as a QR code to use the elevator and...

“nice , clean and friendly”

“Booked for 3 nights, 2 bedrooms apartment, it’s actually 1 bedroom but they convert the living room for another room, so no living room/dining area. I love the facilities & security within the property - you only can access it with the access card, even to the outdoor pool, limited to 1 person, you could ask another 2 extra with the front desk. We expected a three-star hotel experience based on the descriptions and images presented on the booking platform. However, the reality was shockingly substandard, misleading, and entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, there was just a guy in a tiny shop lot under the...

“Room is awful, smelly and all information provided was wrong. Service was also bad.”

“Genuinely horrible experience. We used the get directions link on the app. Took us to the middle of the Jakarta slums with roads barely big enough for our taxi. Tried communicating with the hotel through the app, what’s app, and the number they provided for contact, no response. When I finally found the lobby after paying a sketchy guy on the street they would not let us check in, I paid for two nights with the intention of showing up early in the morning after the first night. They said they...
