“The location of this inn was EXCELLENT! It was within 10 minutes walking distance from the areas major attractions- City Market (around the corner), Carriage Tours (next door), King Street, and Rainbow Row. Plus, tons of local restaurants. (Cru Cafe-right across the street, yummy!)The area beach (Folly Beach)was also accessible by Uber (30 minutes). The inn has a lot of charm that you would expect in Charleston but requires a little TLC. The cleanliness was okay. The bathroom could have been...

“Took a chance as we always stay at the Bennett or Charleston place but this was a 3 day trip. We couldn’t be any happier with our choice. It’s newly redone property. Quiet, excellent pool, extremely clean. Price , the manager was a pleasure! Overall we will be back. Location is perfect for the College”

“Our room was spacious & beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning on the porch nestled into the couches people watching & enjoying the breeze. The house has been lovingly remodeled but kept all that charm. The "lobby" area is stocked with everything you could need & delicious mint chocolate squares! We were able to walk everywhere & thoroughly enjoyed all the routes we took exploring the city. We will definitely be back.”

Their breakfast sandwiches were delicious and the event had a private event where there was free food and wine. I highly recommend it and this will be my spot next time I come to Charleston!”
