“HarborView Inn is a small hotel with the best of hospitality and services. Must mention the wine tasting every day! And smack in the middle of the vibrating atmosphere in the Historical district of Charleston. A perfect stay!”

“Really impressed with this hotel from start to finish. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the stay. Rooms were spotless — you could tell cleanliness is a real priority here. It was also quiet, which made for a genuinely restful stay, no noise from hallways or nearby rooms. On top of all that, the value for the price was outstanding — you get a lot more than what you pay for compared to other places. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone...

“Booked a room for 2 adults and one 14 year old child. On arrival we were checked in to a room with only one queen bed, no extra bed or anything. When I said that was not what we had booked I was told I would have to upgrade to get a room with 2 beds. I said that was not acceptable and demanded a room for 3 people. The person at the front desk said ok and gave me new keycards. Only later did I discover that they had charged the upgrade to my card anyway. ”

“Pleasantly surprised by this little motel. It was really clean and looks to have been recently renovated. It's an old school motel but with some modern "retro" upgrades. The area that the hotel is in isnt the best but that wasnt a deal breaker. The internet wouldnt work for me at first but the lady at the front desk helped me get it situated.”

“This hotel has great views and spacious rooms. As is typical of beach hotels, it's a bit worn in areas because the sun and moisture take their tolls, but the property is well maintained. The restaurant, Pinky's, had great food and atmosphere. The king bed was not as comfortable as some big chain hotels but there was ample pillows and blankets for the third person using the sofa bed. The only other downside is that the balcony cannot accommodate a small chair or two, but the view makes up for...
