“Cozy room. Nice common room with full kitchen. Great fruit & breakfast options. Filtered water always available was enjoyable. Cute boardwalk behind and park next door. Short walk to delicious restaurants, shopping, beach & pier. ”

“My sister and I took a 3 day trip to Charleston and stayed at the Jasmine House. It was so wonderful. The staff were great and so helpful recommending restaurants. The property was gorgeous. We were in the parlor suite. Loved relaxing on the big front porch and the breakfast and evening appetizers and macaroons were all delicious. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Very nice room and en suite. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Appreciate the coffee, wine, and water provided. Ask if your room is upstairs or downstairs if the spiral staircase would be a problem for you. The street traffic is a little noisy but didn’t really bother me. ”

“The property was as described and easily walkable to restaurants as well as King street and the citadel. Very tall people might want to skip this one as it in the basement of an older home and the ceiling is quite low in the shower.”

“We really enjoyed staying at the cottage, it was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to the beach. The communication with the host was great. Loved the keyless easy entry and best of all our dog was welcomed as well. The huge fully fenced in yard gave us piece of mind when we were all sitting outside. Great place would definitely come back!”

“By far, the cleanest and most pleasantly designed VRBO we've ever experienced! Brenda and Wanda are amazing hostesses. A lovely welcome bag made us smile. The cottage is compact but has every single amenity needed. The kitchen was unbelievably well-stocked. The hugemongous screen porch was a fantastic place to gather at night to listen and watch the property go to darkness each evening. Just a pleasure from start to finish.”

“Brought three kids down to visit our oldest at the college of Charleston wanted some space to lounge out other then a hotel but didn’t want to spend our whole budget on lodging! Quick 10 minute drive to downtown. Space Bigger then pictures. Neighborhood looks a little sketch but everyone was nice and we felt safe! Nice to have parking. You can tell they are really working on improving the area. Brewery’s in North Charleston only 5 minutes away! Enjoyed our stay !”

Check out was easy and location was close to the beach and the Charleston. The perfect spot for larger groups with space for group activities as well as alone time!”

“The property is brand new, you could still smell the paint! The suite itself was gorgeous, more than I expected. However, our stay had a lot of obnoxious other tenants. I was woke up each night around 3-5am with the screaming and paper walls. It was disappointing because the room and location were great. Don’t recommend for families. ”

“This is a cute property in a great location! It was modern and clean. It even had a washer/ dryer if you need it. Everything is done via technology, from check in to parking, to check out. They did have staff on site to help navigate all of it and she was super helpful. The one lane entrance/ exit was the only downfall. ”
