“One of the best places we stayed at regarding harbourview and nice New England style.”

“Beautiful rooms and property. Clean and comfortable. Only issue with the room was that the water pressure in the bathroom sinks was so low flow was just above a trickle. Also the work out area had no fans or ventilation. Made for uncomfortable exercise and an overwhelming musty order in the hallway leading to that area.”

“Valet service is not really required as the communication from the Property led us to believe. We were told at check in that self-parking was available across the street. We did that and never had trouble finding a spot. The Bellhop service was excellent and offered good advice on several items. Pool was very good with lots of seating available. Ocean was less than a quarter mile and an easy path. Try to get a high floor to see the ocean from your room! Not a great view but makes you...

“This hotel was excellent in every aspect. The staff is very friendly and went above and beyond to anticipate and meet our needs. The hotel itself is brand new, beautiful, and kept immaculate. The pool is excellent, with a beautiful view of the harbor. The location is perfect, water views while being a short walk to Charleston's best restaurants and shopping. This hotel checked every box and definitely plan on going back.”

“Booked a room for 2 adults and one 14 year old child. On arrival we were checked in to a room with only one queen bed, no extra bed or anything. When I said that was not what we had booked I was told I would have to upgrade to get a room with 2 beds. I said that was not acceptable and demanded a room for 3 people. The person at the front desk said ok and gave me new keycards. Only later did I discover that they had charged the upgrade to my card anyway. ”
