“This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living...

“The rooms where very clean.”

“Great location! The location was the best part about this place. We were literally 2 miles from everything. The home was very clean. I will say there is an odor of dog pee but it's not over bearing and to be expected when it's pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again.”

“All was as described. I would however provide more bath cloths and if it’s pet friendly close in the back yard. It was a fantastic property for my wife and I along with our dog. ”

“Jonathan was great to work with. His home was very comfortable and so close to St. Simons and Jekkyl Islands. We loved having a big fully-equipped kitchen, large laundry room, and very comfortable beds. The little ones were thrilled with the playhouse and we appreciated the fenced-in yard!!! The main floor bathroom needs to have the peeling paint in the shower area addressed, as well as a coat of paint. The large sectionals in the living room were not very comfortable, but we appreciated that...

“This charming cottage was a perfect location, very clean and comfortable. It was a great long weekend visit, we will definitely be back.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house is as advertised but we had to wipe down surfaces when we arrived that had not been cleaned. Overall we were very happy with the home and our stay and will definitely be staying again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and nicely put together — and while we never all gathered in the living room to watch TV or visit, it had that easy, welcoming feel that makes you think you could. The kitchen looks out onto the patio and pool, which turned out to be one of my favorite design details: you could be inside prepping lunch and still feel connected to everyone splashing around out there. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet — no complaints from anyone on the sleep...

“Very convenient to everything…beach and restaurants. Able to walk to everything. Place was very comfy and clean. Roomy! I did have to reach out to the host about an issue and she was very helpful! Kitchen was well stocked with any eating/cooking item you needed.”
