âIt's a homestay. Spacious and good for a big family of 5 or 6.
When we reached there, owner was not there. After few frantic calls, owner told to get ourselves a key to the unit.
Parking compound was big...BUT, by evening, the whole space was occupied by MILO vehicles and trucks.
Apparently, they prepared the favourite drink there at the parking compound.
Our whole experience worsened when our car was hit by one of the MILO vehicles.

âThe hotel features big and well-equipped rooms, a bit dated but still convenient and up to the standard. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and there are four restaurants inside the hotel, which gives plenty to choose from. I particularly recommend the hamburger joint by the pool, which has tasty burgers at a decent price. The overall service level is good. Nice views from all the rooms, either over the pool area or over the surrounding golf course. Recommended!â
âMy stay at the Mercure in Putrajaya was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The staff were outstanding â always friendly, professional, and very accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
Overall, the Mercure Putrajaya combines lovely rooms, excellent service, and helpful staff, making it a great choice whether travelling for business or leisure.â
âIt was a pretty decent hotel, comfortable and big room. The walls were thick but there was some very noisy guests, but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the location was not very convenient, there's a big highway right in front of it and the only way to cross was a walkway that was about 500m from the hotel. Also, not a whole lot to see in the surrounding area.â
