“This is a great hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially with my late arrival due to the train strike, assisting me with check-in and getting settled. My room was clean. While the bed was a bit too firm for my sensitive back, I understand mattress preferences are personal. “The hotel is good value, in a great spot close to the railway station and the city centre. Would recommend taking a free walking tour around the heart of the city, starting from the Grote Market. We didn't have breakfast or use the bar, so couldn't comment on that. We liked the slightly quirky decor, but the corridors are very dark and the sensor lighting was not really adequate. The room was smaller than average for the two of us, but we were out all day, so not a major concern for us....
