“This was a good new hotel in Spokane. It's a little outside the city center which is good as it's safer and more quiet. Check in was easy and friendly. Just wish they could have been a little more welcoming.
The parking garage was very good and only accessible by car with your room card key. Otherwise you could enter the parking garage by foot. It was also cctv in the parking garage. Room was new, big and clean. Nice view towards the city. Breakfast was good. ”

“It’s very convenient and walking distance to shopping and dining. The restaurant inside is also very good, and I recommend giving it a try. I walked just a few blocks to the river and shopping. There are some homeless people around, but the streets seem to be well kept otherwise. Other than some outside noise, it’s a very quiet place to sleep. It’s old, but it’s in great condition and clean. Will be staying there again.”

“Very nice hotel … short staffed though I think .. long waits for checkin and we had prearranged that our room would be cleaned daily but it wasn’t .. everything else was good! Food, drinks, etc.. ”

“It seems that this property hires people based on their customer service skills. I had nothing but positive interactions with every staff member that I interacted with.
To my way of thinking, this is one of the most important aspects of a business model. The Davenport Grand was a last minute reservation and they treated me like they had been awaiting my arrival. Highly recommended!”

“The location was very convenient, the pool was amazing, a caged pet area as well as walking trail along the property and the staff was more than friendly and helpful with extra accommodations, we will definitely be returning!”

“I would definitely stay here again. The free breakfast was excellent. Customer check in was great and easy. Located in a well diverse area. I got the single queen room. Bed fridge microwave Abe a bathroom. But everything else about the property made up for the lack of extent in the room. I’d definitely stay again as my preferred place to stay”

“Our room was nice. It was newly remodeled. Very clean, bathroom had 2 sinks and lots of counter space. Our friends stayed in a different room and theirs had not been redone. Their
bathroom was very small with no counter space (one sink) One downside -- We were there 4 nights and they never came in to clean the room. No fresh towels or additional coffee. (We found the cleaning lady to get some more coffee.)
We loved the resturant next door that had our free breakfast. It was nice...
