“This property was conveniently located 5 min away from the Deer Island ferry. Facilities were spotless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything appeared brand new and of good quality. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were luxurious. Conveniently located to 2 of Deer Islands restaurants and Bellas general store. Excellent experience and highly recommended.”

“Naini’s rental is well equipped with everything you might need. The beds are comfortable and it was nice that there is a small bathroom on the second floor. Wifi was good and the tv came in handy on a rainy evening to curl up and watch a movie. Deer Island has lots of little beaches to explore and a rich history dating back many years. Although the weather didn’t permit this trip, there are great places to kayak and maybe see a seal or two. The ferry over to Campobello is a fun day trip as well....

“This is a good, clean motel in a good location. Room seemed well sound proofed. TV sucked but that was no issue for me. Breakfast was adequate, coffee was good. Outside seating was not good / no shade or umbrella and chairs are not comfortable.”
