And although there was a wonderful, cold A/C in the living room, there wasn't central AC. These two aspects necessitated our cancellation after we got there.Thankfully, the host was amazing. The home is located on the inter-coastal waterway and you will be entertained all day long by the many tens of millions of dollars worth of boats navigating up and down the ICW while lounging in the pool or the deck. “This place was a great space for us to stay at while visiting family for the holidays. Clean and easy to get into. The check in process was simple and they were easy to work with. Lots of things in somewhat walking distance or driving distance if walking isn't your speed. Soft bed and plenty of pillows. The bathtub is HUGE!!! The pool looked nice even with it not being heated, which makes a lot of sense in the area. For the time we were there the price was excellent and I hope it stays that way...
