“Positives: it was about -17 outside and very worm inside, toilet worked and relatively clean, beds were OK, tv worked. Negatives: microwave was not rotating and rusted; there were no place to hang outside closes; towels were on microwave and not in the bathroom; door did not have lock inside, only outside; there were no internal phone or any way to call management; internet was locked and password was not provided; lamp on the night stand was broken, no USB ports. ”

“Framförallt är det området runt hotellet som känns väldigt otryggt. Stryker omkring skumma påverkade människor. Frukosten va begränsad. ”

“The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. ”

“mycket slitet hotell, syntes inte på fotona här på hotels hur slitet det var. Men det var rent och mycket hjälpsam personal.”

“Stora härliga sängar, trevligt bemötande, gratis eftermiddagsfika i lobbyn, fina hår och hudvårdsprodukter. Poolen såg härlig ut men vi hann aldrig använda den. ”

“Bra hotell med spännande restauranger nära. Trafiken in till centrum på Toronto var dock hemskt. Rummet rejält och bekvämt. Bra frukost. Dock tog de hela kostnaden för rummet i deposition och de har inte släppt den efter 7 dagar. Detta strulade till ett av kontokorten ”

“No hot water and ZERO offer of compensation. I stay at hotels for a comfy bed and a hot shower, they should have offered a partial refund or future voucher.”
