“Very bad experience. Paid for months in advance. Poor communication from host (apart from accepting payment). Arrived in Turkey and contacted the host to say we had arrived (3rd message of the day and they did not answer previous phone call I made to them). Host then said it was not available for bookings and cancelled the booking. Imagine being in a different country with your wife and two children and this happens at 10pm in the evening. Just not fair to do this having accepted the booking...
